Engagement photographer Liverpoolengagement photography in Liverpool

This week saw me in Liverpool docks are for Mia and Josh’s engagement photography shoot. I love doing these, its a great way to get to know my couples better before the big day. It’s also a chance for me to experiment and enjoy my cameras. Engagement shoots are also a great way for couples to get used to being photographed. People who have engagement shoots are always more relaxed when it comes to having their photos taken on the wedding day.

The images from an engagement shoot can be used for all kinds of things from save the date and invites right through to signing frames and signing books for the wedding day.

It’s worth noting that engagement photographer shoots are not reflective of the wedding day. In fact, they are the opposite! On your wedding day, I spend most of my time documenting your wedding leaving you to enjoy your day. When I do take couples portraits like these I work very quickly so you can get back to partying. An engagement shoot is a relaxed stroll that takes about an hour and a half, on a wedding day I aim to do these within half an hour. Don’t worry it’s still leisurely and relaxed for you – it’s me that runs around working hard!

Mia and Josh are a lovely couple and I’m really looking forward to being their wedding photographer at Soughton Hall wedding. Mia and Josh contacted me after seeing Liz and Fran’s wedding pictures at Hard Days Night Hotel and being blown away.

If you are looking for a wedding or engagement photographer I would love to hear from you. I’m a photographer with over a decades experience, I can capture your day in a unique way that you’ll treasure forever. It’s my mission to capture the very best pictures of your wedding, with the minimum of fuss.
